The Accessibility Services Department serves the entirety of the CCPL system. The department specializes in providing assistance and guidance with inclusive programming and creating as welcoming and accessible an experience for all ages and abilities in the daily operations. 

Accessibility Services promotes its services through outreach, conference representation, and community partnership development and collaboration. Moreover, the department serves CCPL patrons by providing branches with the tools and education to achieve independence in offering these services at the branch level; this also incorporates supplementing what a branch can provide to those with disabilities through programming or other resources.
